RAD Ministries - Restoring A Dream is a Whole Way House helping to restore the God Given Right of all men to live free from addiction and in Right Standing with God through the renewing of our minds and hearts by the Blood of Jesus Christ. RAD Ministries is run by Pastor Gerry and Liz Scarim, who have been working with troubled youth for the past twenty-five plus years.

This will be a one year discipleship and mentorship program; housing up to twelve men at a time with a one year, lifestyle changing commitment.

We are seeking a home to house these young men, prospectively an old hotel or nursing home in the Waukegan, IL. area to become a safe place for the young men in this ministry to develop and grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ.
